Police officers and civilians gathered in the city square yesterday to commemorate the life of SPD, a holiday that falls on April 4th. The day began with a prayer and prayers for those k in the September 11th terrorist attacks. Around 10 pm, police marched through downtown San A, arresting protesters who opposed the war and demanding that police investigate and handcuffs be used.
